Current Status/Information on the Planned Exhibition "Sieben Dolche" Part 5
Exhibition Dates:
Expected September 5th/6th, 2026
Exhibition Space:
Tattoo Studio Koblenz (Sieben Dolche, Eltzerhofstr. 2, 56068 Koblenz/Germany
The studio, with its 220 square meters of floor space, is located in the heart of Koblenz's old town and is therefore in a prime location. Surrounded by pubs, restaurants, hotels, and clubs, and with excellent public transport connections, "Sieben Dolche" offers ideal conditions for this event.
In recent years, we have already hosted several art events in the studio (some in collaboration with the artists' collective "Heterotopia") alongside the "Seven Daggers" exhibition series, which have always been met with very positive feedback.
Title of the Exhibition:
"Sieben Dolche" Part 5
Theme of the Exhibition:
To be announced
Framing of Exhibits:
If exhibits are sent unframed for logistical or security reasons, we offer to frame them for you, provided you send us the frames separately. For exhibitors from abroad, it might also be more practical to order frames directly in Germany. We are happy to assist you with this.
Participation:
As we are a non-profit organization, we have not charged our exhibitors a commission or participation fee in recent years. Unfortunately, this has resulted in increasing costs year after year, which we have always borne ourselves and which we need to address this year. To continue offering our event at this high standard, we are offering two options for participants this year:
Option 1:
You pay a one-time participation fee of €100. In the event of a sale (originals, prints, etc.), the entire amount goes to you.
Option 2:
You pay nothing, but in the event of a sale of your exhibits, prints, etc., you receive a commission. We reserve the right to charge a gallery commission of 30%.
You are free to choose between the two models. Exhibits cannot be given away commission-free as part of the pop-up exhibition.
Sales/Offers:
With your permission, we will offer your exhibits for sale.
If you would like to sell prints, this is also possible. You can offer these on demand or conveniently send them along with your exhibits.
Shipping:
We ask that you pack your exhibits as securely as possible, adhering to the requirements of the shipping companies, and send them insured. Further information can be found under "Packaging and Shipping." We will repackage all items exactly as you sent them to us if they need to be returned due to unsold items.
Advertising:
Flyers will be printed, and we will utilize all common social media platforms, as well as the regional press and radio.
Supporting Program:
The supporting program consists of a rotating DJ team each year, who decorate, illuminate, and perform in our vaulted cellar. Soft drinks and alcoholic beverages will also be available. This year's speaker for the opening address is still to be determined.
Installation, Dismantling, and Return:
Since some exhibitors cannot be present due to greater distances, we will handle this as a team. Otherwise, please contact us to arrange.
Number of Exhibits and Dimensions:
Depending on size, 3 to 5 exhibits. For oversized items, please contact us. Please refer to the "Exhibits" form for details.
Duration:
The actual event, in the spirit of a pop-up exhibition, only applies to the specific date. However, the exhibits can remain on display and accessible to the public beyond this date.
Accommodation:
If you would like to attend the exhibition, we would be happy to suggest affordable accommodations in Koblenz, located nearby.
What we need from you:
We need photos from you beforehand to apply.
Please see the menu item: "Registration" for more information.
Once the group of exhibitors is finalized, we will discuss the details with everyone and address any questions, comments, or individual requests.
We're delighted that you're interested in participating.
- Please be sure to note the deadlines:
